Separate the item from the package
A listing can sell one container, several containers or a mixed set. Copy the model, item dimensions and package quantity into separate fields in your notes. Shipping-carton dimensions do not describe one bin.
The Sterilite reference in our shortlist is a clear six-quart box with a white lid sold as a twelve-pack on the inspected Amazon page. That is a listing identity, not a recommendation that you need twelve or that all six-quart boxes have the same shape.
Resolve the first fit before scaling
Use the actual outside dimensions of the intended item, including its complete lid and projections. Check the opening and usable interior of each target location. One successful comparison does not establish that every cupboard in the RV has the same measurements.
The bin tool checks one container at a time. It does not optimize a mixed collection or calculate how many packed bins can be loaded safely. Do not multiply a pass count from the orientation table into a bin quantity; the rows are different ways to orient one box.
Count the missing function
List what you already own and which specific locations still need a container. A larger pack may create unused inventory instead of solving a storage problem. No cost comparison on this site assumes current retailer prices or a particular shipping charge.
Confirm the current seller, variant, quantity and terms before purchase. If the need is uncertain, postponing the order or investigating a single suitable option is a valid outcome. Matching bins are an aesthetic choice, not evidence of a more workable or safer RV arrangement.
